Some companies are born from a business plan. Ours was born from the smell of a garage, the crackling of steel and the sounds of engines.
Our names are Rainer and Indrek – friends, dads and lifelong metalworkers. We grew up surrounded by steel, welding and machines. More than 20 years in the metal industry have made us masters in our field – but at heart we have always been car enthusiasts.
Shared skills, shared hobbies. A common understanding that metal is not just a material – it is a character! In 2025, we decided to combine our profession and hobby. LEHTLY was born creating automotive art from metal with precision that only comes when work is both a profession and a hobby.

What materials are your metal car silhouettes made from?
Our silhouettes are made in Estonia from certified European 3 mm steel. Each piece is precision-cut with a laser and coated with a durable, eco-friendly satin powder coat that prevents fading, scratching, and rusting.
Do you offer custom metal car silhouettes?
Yes! We can turn any car – classic, modern, or even your personal vehicle, into a custom silhouette. Simply send us a photo or model name, and we’ll design it for your approval before production from here.
Please note: because each custom silhouette is made specifically for you, custom orders are final and non-returnable once production has started.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 5-10 business days from our warehouse in Estonia. Delivery time after dispatch is 2-5 working days in Europe, 3-7 days to the USA and Canada, and 4-12 days worldwide. All orders include free DHL Express shipping with tracking.
Are customs or import fees included in the price?
Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
How do I mount my metal silhouette?
Each silhouette comes ready to mount, with pre-drilled holes for easy hanging. You can attach it directly to your wall using standard screws or nails suitable for your wall type. Mounting tools are not included.
If you prefer to display your piece on a flat surface, you can use our metal table stand – ideal for shelves, desks, or showrooms. Please note that the table stand is recommended for sizes S and M, as larger silhouettes are too heavy and wide to remain stable when freestanding.
Can I hang my metal silhouette outdoors?
Our powder-coated finish is weather-resistant and suitable for covered outdoor spaces like garages or patios. For long-term exposure to rain or direct sunlight, we recommend indoor display to preserve the perfect finish.
What if my product arrives damaged or I want to return it?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lehtly.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
For standard (non-custom) products, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that custom-made products are final and non-returnable once production has started, as they are created specifically to your design or specifications.
